Harder Day spirits are made with intention and left alone on purpose. These are our best spirits, built with restraint, shaped by time, and finished with intention. Made inside our Hillsboro distillery alongside Steeplejack’s Production Brewery, Harder Day is about patience over polish and confidence over noise.
These are spirits for late nights, dim light, and slow pours. Nothing flashy. Nothing forced. Just well-made spirits that trust the process and know exactly what they are… small, deliberate releases made to reward patience, not chase attention.
We care about texture, balance, and how a spirit opens up as the night goes on. Spirits meant to be noticed quietly, revisited often, and remembered longer than expected.
Founder’s Reserve
We don’t believe great bourbon needs tricks. Just good barrels, thoughtful blending, and enough time to get out of the way. This high-wheat bourbon is built from straight whiskeys aged over five years, blended to favor texture, balance, and staying power.
Expect caramelized sugar, baked fruit, and warm spice up front, followed by a smooth, custard-like finish that lingers longer than planned. Comfortable, confident, built to linger and happy to stay. Founder’s Reserve is exactly what bourbon should be… crafted with intention and made for sipping neat or on a big rock.
