Who We Are and What We Stand For

Harder Day Distilling was built for long days, late nights, and everything worth celebrating in between.

Based in Oregon, we make spirits that are meant to be used—poured at the bar, mixed at home, and shared without overthinking it. Our approach is simple: start with quality spirit, respect the process, and don’t get precious about it. If it doesn’t taste good in the glass, it doesn’t leave the building.

Harder Day Distilling is part of the same family as Steeplejack Beer and Harder Day Coffee, and that shared DNA matters. We believe good things are made by people who show up early, stay late, and care deeply about what they’re putting their name on—whether it’s beer, coffee, or whiskey.

Our portfolio spans clean, versatile vodka and gin, Pacific-inspired rum, thoughtfully blended bourbon, and a growing line of ready-to-drink cocktails designed to actually taste like real drinks. Some of our spirits are distilled in-house, others are carefully sourced and blended, but everything is finished, proofed, and approved under our roof.
